Management TeamOur business is about relationships, and we have a strong management team in place that understands this. They are committed to furthering the development of our financial representatives through training and guidance, so the representatives can establish enduring and solid relationships with their clients. Evan EggersCollege Unit Director Evan joined Northwestern Mutual after meeting one of our recruiters at a Florida State University job fair. He has been a Financial Representative with The Koch Group since July 2006, and stated it was because he "was impressed with the company's strength, our local office and inspired by Managing Partner, Bill Koch" His positive attitude and growth as a Financial Represenative has expanded his responsibilities to include College Unit Director. In this role, Evan is responsible for assisting with intern recruiting activity, developing center of influence relationships on campuses and promoting the internship opportunity. He works with each individual intern on client building, case preparation, and coordination of joint work. Evan has volunteered with Junior Achievement for the past 2 years, and is an ongoing supporter of the organization.
Bradley R ErnstRecruiting Field Director After graduating from Flagler College with a double major in accounting and business, Bradley Ernst continued what he'd started as an intern with The Koch Group: he became a Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Representative in The Koch Group's Jacksonville office. Bradley's specialties include personal needs analysis, business life insurance, asset and income protection, retirement solutions and long-term care insurance. Having only three years' experience didn't prove to be a hurdle for Bradley. In 2003, he was named one of The Koch Group's Top Five Financial Representatives, in the top 10 Financial Representatives in the country acquiring new clients and was awarded the New Financial Representative of the Year award. He's also a Million Dollar Round Table Qualifying Member for 2005-2008. Bradley is a member of the Jacksonville Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Flagler College Booster Club and the Flagler College Alumni Association. For more than 32 years, Richard Geriner's father schooled him about Northwestern Mutual. After all, his father has worked for the company for 40 years. For the last 14 years, Richard followed in his father's footsteps, as a leading Financial Representative with The Koch Group. After graduating from The University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in business, Richard began working in his father's office. More than a decade later, Richard's dedication to his clients, The Koch Group and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Richard has helped clients achieve a secure financial future. He was named one of The Koch Group's Top 5 Financial Representatives for 2003 and has been a Million Dollar Round Table producer for more than seven years. Richard took over for his father as Managing Director of the Savannah, Georgia office in early 2005, focusing on personal needs analysis, business continuation, estate analysis, disability income insurance and disability overhead expense.

Mike has been an avid runner and has run every day for the last 25 years straight. He lives with his wife of 35 years, Sue, and has 5 grown children as well as 4 grandchildren.

Northwestern Mutual Financial Network - Gainesville 3620 NW 43rd St. Suite A Roman's career in financial services started in Switzerland with an internship at one of the major Swiss bank institutions. After working as a finance manager in the family business, he relocated to the United States as a permanent resident and later obtained U.S. citizenship. Although Roman, first continued his career in corporate finance management, he soon realized his corporate function did not allow him to have a positive impact on people's lives. Rather than improving a corporation's bottom line, he wanted to help people and their families. That's when he joined Northwestern Mutual. "My career with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network is allowing me to make a difference in people's lives. I am passionate about helping my clients attain financial security for a lifetime." As College Unit Director, Roman is responsible for assisting with intern recruiting activity, developing center of influence relationships on campuses and promoting the internship opportunity. He works with each individual intern on client building, case preparation, and coordination of joint work. While in Switzerland, Roman served as a First Lieutenant Quartermaster, Swiss Army militia logistics officer. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, exercising, world travel, and visual & performing arts
Buster Lancaster, RHU®Employee Benefit Specialist Virgil "Buster" Lancaster has been in the employee benefits field for over 30 years, joining Northwestern Mutual and the Koch Group in 1988. As Employee Benefit Specialist, Buster and his team focus on designing custom group benefit plans and wellness programs for business owners throughout North and Central Florida and South Georgia. Buster's thorough market and product knowledge allow him to provide the level of service and expertise his clients have come to expect. Strategic Employee Benefit Services is a nationwide group marketing program providing specialized services in the employee benefit arena exclusively through Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Buster lives with his wife of 31 years, Suzanne, their two children Adam and Andrew, and three dogs. Buster is an avid supporter of S.A.V.E. - Saving Animals Via Education. Her decision to change careers from a Marketing Representative for a local Medical Diagnostic Imaging Center was influenced by the current Recruiter at that time, who was switching gears to become a Financial Representative. Anglea graduated from Florida State University in 2004 with a B.S. degree in Interior Design. She is a Delta Gamma Alumnae, committe member and honoree for Cystic Fibrosis Foundations' Single Greatest Night, a Luminaria Chair for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and volunteers with Junior Achievement. In her spare time, she and her husband Josh enjoy hanging out with family and friends, concerts, Seminole football, going to the beach and travelling. Mariah VerseputDirector of Development Mariah joined Northwestern Mutal and the Koch Group in 2005, after graduating from the University of North Florida with a B.A. degree in Communications. Before becoming Director of Development, Mariah spent two years in the Recruiting Department. Mariah coordinates all full-time and intern traing, is responsible for contract and licensing, and provides development of expectations and business plans for new financial representatives, as well as ongoing training. Mariah enjoys running, reading spending time with friends and family, and "most of all traveling".
